Terms of use

The rules for using the Royal Golden website and client portal.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website rgolden.uk and of the Royal Golden client portal. By using the website you agree to them; opening a portal account requires you to accept them expressly. The website and the portal are operated by R GOLDEN MANAGEMENT LTD (trading as Royal Golden), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17561799, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ ("Royal Golden", "we").

What we do

Royal Golden provides information and advisory services for the citizenship by investment programmes of Vanuatu and Dominica; for the Dominica programme it acts as a broker for Dominica's official representatives. Decisions on applications are made only by the competent authorities of the country concerned — the Republic of Vanuatu or the Commonwealth of Dominica. Nothing on the website is a promise of a decision of the authorities or of a processing time. The financial guarantee and the refunds Royal Golden gives, and the cases without a refund, are set out only in the services contract of each programme.

Information on the website

We prepare the information with care and show the sources and dates of programme facts where we can. Programme rules, fees and procedures can change, and the official sources prevail. The website is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation.

Your portal account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate, complete and current information.
  • Keep your password confidential and tell us at once if you suspect that someone else is using your account.
  • Upload only genuine documents that you are entitled to submit. False or altered documents are not permitted and may end our services.
  • When you give information about family members, make sure they agree to it being shared for the application.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the website for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms.
  • Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the portal, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with their security or operation.
  • Do not collect content or data from the website by automated means without our written permission.
  • Do not upload malware or content that infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and software of the website belong to Royal Golden or its licensors. Photographs are used under the licences shown with them. You may view and print pages for personal use; any other use needs our written permission.

Services and fees

Our services are provided under a separate service contract that you read and sign in the portal before your application is submitted. The contract price, the payment terms and the refund rules are set out in that contract. The contract price includes every cost agreed for the application — among them the official government fees, translations and the issue of the citizenship documents — and no hidden extra cost is charged. Payments are made as the contract states; the contractual conversion of 1 US dollar = 1 USDT is a calculation rule of the contract, not a market price.

Links to other websites

We link to official and third-party websites for information. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website, for example for maintenance or security. We may update these terms. The version in force is published on this page, and the version you accepted is recorded with your account. Registered users are told of material changes in the portal.

Liability

We are liable in accordance with the applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

Closing an account

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms. Records that the law requires us to keep are retained as described in the privacy policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms, and Royal Golden's service, financial and contractual obligations, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Citizenship, eligibility, the decisions of the authorities and the issue of citizenship documents are governed by the law of the country concerned — the Republic of Vanuatu or the Commonwealth of Dominica — and decided by its competent authorities. A dispute arising from these terms that cannot be settled amicably through our complaint process is finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), by three arbitrators, in English, with its seat in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (onshore Dubai, not the Dubai International Financial Centre). Disputes arising from a services contract are resolved as that contract provides. Nothing in this section removes rights that mandatory law, including consumer protection law, gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
