- 40% is paid when the contract is signed. The remaining 60% is paid after the Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) approves the application, within at least 40 calendar days of our notice.
- If the competent Vanuatu authority officially rejects the application, everything received for it is refunded in full within 72 hours of our receipt of the official notice, without any deduction.
- The amount of a signed contract stays fixed. For other family compositions we first review the eligibility of the persons; the price is then set individually in a written amendment that you read and sign with the contract.
- The contract price includes every cost agreed for the application, from the start of our services to the issue of the citizenship documents: official government fees, review, processing and eligibility checks, our administration and follow-up, translation of all documents, certification and legalisation, the Vanuatu passport, the national identity card (as the procedure provides) and the citizenship certificate. No hidden costs. The decision belongs to the authorities of Vanuatu.
- Our services have a term of 110 days from the day you sign the contract until your passport is delivered. It covers every stage: the 40% deposit and your documents, the review and approval of the Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit, the second payment, the decision, and the issue and delivery of the passport. The authorities of Vanuatu decide independently and set their own times.
